I forgot my medicine help?
I get my perscription through Walgreen's, and I was wondering if they could look up my account and my perscription and give me a few days worth of pills and I would pay.
However, I the perscription bottle I forgot at home has no refills allowed on it.
What can I do if anything?
Answer:
call your doctor up first and let them know about this. she can call in another script to walgreens and then you can have it filled at the one nearest to wear your staying. you could probably have it by the end of the day if your doc knows its an emergency
Contact a Walgreen's near you, they probably have your prescription online.
Or go to an emergency clinic for help.
Best bet is to look up the number of a local pharmacy, another Walgreens would be great, or whoever is around. Call them and tell them your dr. will be calling, explain. Then call your dr. and explain the situation. They will be happy to call a pharmacy with a supply for your vacation time.
MIght want to ask dr. to call you in a refill at home pharm. as well for when you return. Do that after the small one, so insurance may pay for both.
If you're not in your home country (assuming U.S.), call the American embassy. They will help you. Be specific and direct. Otherwise they can be real butts.
Call your physician, and explain to him/her. They will help you as well.

Yes. Walgreen's keeps a data base. If you fill your prescription at any Walgreen's any one of them can help you.
