Why should human RBC's be enucleated?
Answers: because the prime function of the RBC's is to carry oxygen to adjectives body tissues from the lung and the vise versa with the carbon dioxide...
so the structure of the RBC should accomodate to its function as follow:
-there's no nucleus to provide more space to fetch large amounts or oxygen.
-also,it have a biconcave shape to increase its surface area and facilitate it carry the largest amounts of oxygen possible....
The above are suitable answers. I would add a new thing. Nuclei are the sites of huge amount of cellular distraction, which consumes large amount of force. It is advantageous for RBCs not to have a nucleus, so they provide the maximum oxygen to the tissues and do not use it up themselves. As you know, RBC precursosors within the bone marrow are "born" with a nucleus and loose it along the style. Good question, btw.
