2. Haemoglobin: low results are usually referred to anemia, but it could also be the parcial result of something more severe.

ESR: that isn't a thoroughly especific diagnostic result. that means that your red blood cell are rapidly sedimentating contained by a plasma or saline solution in a lapse of time. can be the result of your RBC (red blood cells) are broken, so the sediment slickly. can also be a result of bacterial infection.
so, to my humble opinion, and the famine of more laboratory analisis, i might say you lately have a adjectives bacterial infection. (a cold, maybe?) lug care

don't rely so heavily on the ESR (sed) rate.
I work in phlebotomy, I draw conceivably 3 or 4 sed rates per week. Not alot. From what I have be told by co-workers, the sed rate is pointless. A CBC (complete blood count) with a PT (pro time) shows more. Sed rates are a money originator. Thats all. The machinery to testing them is very expensive and breaks down normally, therefore the businessman charges alot to fix the machine, hence raising the price of the interview, pointless to begin next to.
