Is Vision Training Effective?

Vision training is a supposed method of improving your daydream. It claims to be completely effective even if you hold an astigmatism. Have you heard of it, and if so, do you believe it works?

Answers:
i enjoy heard of it, and i honestly, as in good health as my significant other, do not believe that it works. we believe in specs, contacts, and lasik. that's it.
I have have several friends who have have good results from sight training.
Vision training will work for some problems and not for others. Astigmatism usually results from your cornea (one of the clear coverings on your eye) being shaped irregularly -- more similar to a football shape than the normal baseball shape (the lens, the other clear covering of your eye, can also be irregularly shaped). That sort of ocular deficit requires glasses, contact lenses (or within some cases surgery, but we don't understand the full, long-term effects of eye surgery, so that should be a later resort). Vision training can't change the shape of your cornea or lens, and so it can't cure astigmatism.

Training can be powerful in cases contained by which the muscles controlling the eyes are weak, and training can sustain reduce eye strain contained by some cases too.

The recent claims about the acceptability and generalizability of vision training are vastly exaggerated, and can, surrounded by some cases, be dangerous (people thinking they can do lacking their glasses while driving, when, contained by fact, they still necessitate them; suggestions that training can cure or prevent glaucoma, when older individuals should be checked regularly for the condition to prevent blindness, etc.).
it's exercise for the eyes , isn't it? Yes, I believe it works. It's supposed to strengthen the muscles of the eye .
It has worked for me. I started doing such exercises as a youth, trew my glasses away after endorsement my driving test lacking them, (the vision oral exam for driving is admittingly overly easy). On later test I've had better than 20-20, but I do concentration if I slack off on the eye exercises.
my daughter did phantasm training and it worked, but I dont think it is efficient for astigmatism unless at a very rash age. thats what the doctor told us anyway as my husband has astigmatism and he asked her.
Vision training corrects muscle problems and where on earth the 2 eyes are not tracking the same, plus can give a hand with brain /eye communication, for example, retraining the eye to abide by the brain
The exercises are over a long period and can result within headaches for a while, but my daughter can immediately read a book which she couldn't before - her eyes be looking in different places and her brain couldnt matter with it, after 2 years of exercises they very soon co-ordinate
