Can I pocket Centrum Multivitamins & Iron Capsules (Niferex-150) both at like peas in a pod time? Is it okay and not dangerous?

I am 21 years old. The Iron Pills are call Niferex and I'm taking it twice a day--morning and night.
The Centrum Multivitamins is basically the regular kind and taking it once a day--in the afternoon.
So I want to know if it is not dangerous to take it at indistinguishable time?..Is it too much iron ..... Am I getting overdose of Iron?
Or is it ok?

I think you don't requirement to take more niferex pills, centrum pills contains iron too, you are exceeding the recommended dose of iron, for a better answer, pop in a doctor and ask him for the recommended dose.
