How do I communicate if Im allergic to an antibiotic?

Im taking Clindamycin and when i do, i have a bit chest pain associated next to heartburn, every single time I take a dose. As far as I know, im not allergic to any pills. and this is my second time taking it with alike episodes. I get a touch dizzy as well, but i judge thats a small side effect.

Allergies are hives, rash, swelling, unable to breath; things along those lines.
