Answers: Legally, most if not adjectives states require a practicing doctor to have a current, unexpired license on foot. Although, the fact that a doctor have not renewed the license in a timely carriage, does not make him or her any smaller quantity of a doctor. I'm sure that the license does not dictate his or her ability as a physician. Yet, hospitals require that the license be valid, and save, the physician must be sent home. This applies to nurses as well.
