Med students and physicians: i'm so depressed and adjectives out. i want to die. can you relate?
how did you guys handle this?
Answers: Med students and doctors are human beings too. And it's indeed no shame to seek help out for yourself. Your school should provide counseling for free. It's without a doubt worthwhile to try it out, since you're probably already paying for it. I'm sure they know to keep everything confidential too, if that concerns you. Otherwise, studying alone is no fun. Gather a few unswerving people to study at the library or something, later take mandatory breaks and enjoy yourselves more.
