A lot of bread!?

Ummm... I eat bread similar to A LOT. I drink plenty of water and a great deal of tea, and occasionally espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc, but I am like a bread enthusiast. I don't want to eat too much bread because it can create you constipated, but like what should I drink to counteract all the starch from the bread? What really adjectives foods give you plenty of fiber? Oatmeal conceivably?

NOTE: I'm a vegetarian. The individual thing close to meat I chomp through is chicken noodle soup with adjectives of the chicken picked out of it, and sometimes chicken broth, but it's an ethics item more than a health point, so I won't compromise.

Answers:    Raisins are wonderful for fiber--I use them to sweeten cereal instead of using sugar. Oatmeal is my special favoite. Another thing you could try is wheat germ. I munch through it with some milk & raisins or you can donate it to other dishes. Any fruits & veggies of cuorse are good, especially beans. It would be courteous if you were intake 100% whole wheat bread, or at smallest a multi-grain rather than a short time ago white. Congratulations on planning ahead & trying to prevent problems.
Brown rice, whole grain, barley, potatoes, and slightly under ripe bananas.
Studies show they counteract discouraging carbs.
