No not really. Basically its single bad for drug companies. They won't know how to sell at 200% profit. Doctors may also be compensated less (and technically be administration employees, I guess), but they will still live comfortably. Insurance companies would also be almost totally out of the picture. It would temporarily harmed our economy, but I deem it's worth it to start the change.
