I'm guessing you mean "how". . . and that's pretty simple--don't do drugs. If you hold been taking drugs lately, afterwards good luck because he's going to find out and you'll own to think just about what you're going to tell him. The best bet is to let somebody know him before he take you to get tested and work out something next to him--be truthful and don't play dumb. Admit your mistakes and tell him how you're going to do better and what you're going to do to regain his trust.

The less solid you have the smaller quantity the THC stays in your system if it is POT your doing. But that isnt a drug. Drink alot of hose down literally 4 plus litres of water and cranberry liquid and green tea.. worked for me.!
For sure, don't do them in the first place. As for cleaning out your system, I enjoy tried a number of ways to verbs my system (back when I did drugs), the only item you can really clean out would be the green...if it is more than that, your screwed.
