Can you purloin tablets while fast until that time getting your blood taken?

This may sound similar to a dumb question, but I necessitate to get some blood taken and I am supposed to swift before I find it done. My question is...if I am on drug, can I still take it even though I am suposed to nippy before getting the blood taken?

Also, I would be taking the tablets the night in the past I would get my blood taken.

Answers:    Both the fast blood sugar and cholesterol tests requires fast for at least 9 to 12 hours back the test. Taking the medicine you are on in the evening may be or not be allowed depending on what medication you are taking .Since you are also doing the thyroid question paper, you should NOT take any THYROID MEDICATION on the hours of darkness before the testing (just in armour you are on it).You may also drink little water but other beverages such as coffee, tea, or soda should be avoided.

Medications that can affect cholesterol level and should be avoided are listed surrounded by this link:

that depends on the type of fast and the directions on the meds. if it is ok that you so not eat previously taking them and the fasting does not include dampen then you should be ok. you own to have your meds and. and the dark before should be ok merely no soda and no food there is a judgment why they do not want to eat in the past this test so a short time ago be careful and ask a dr if you own futher questions.
