Hi...I was bending over next to legs straight to put my backpack in the form of a chair (about knees height). I felt a sharp headache at the back of my knees, pretty much in the middle. It's in a minute swollen. When I put my finger on the spot(s), I feel some band that seem to turn down into the calf. I'm just hoping I didn't stress a ligament! Are nearby any tendons on the back of your knees that go into the calf? What do you reckon I may have pulled?Thanks!
