Is anyone taking Synthroid for HypoThyroid?

I'm 27 years old and hold had HypoThyroid (Hashimotos) since I be 12. I just give birth 2 months ago. My Synthroid dosage was .188 at the extremity of my pregnancy .. and then it be decreased to .137 the time I delivered the newborn. I just get my lab work done and my doctor said my dosage is too LOW. So he increased my dosage by telling me to cart TWO pills on Monday and TWO pills on Thursday. Is that a big increase? And how long until I start to feel the effects from the increase?
(right in a minute I'm exhausted all the time from not getting adequate Synthroid and I cannot lose weight no business how much I exercise and eat right)
*How long until my body realises nearby is an increase in Synthroid and it starts functioning properly?

Answers:    ably you recently give birth and your body is still healing from that- the hormones etc. when pregnant habitually times you need more synthroid. you might be tired from person a mom with a foreign baby, too. try what your doc recommended for a couple weeks and engender sure you get blood work to see if your tsh level are in the array he/she wants. if that doesn't work or if you want a second judgment go see an endocrinologist.
