What cookware is not detrimental to use and which one is truly angelic for you?

I know that most of cookware on the market is made within China. Is it safe to use? How nickel contained by stainless steel affects health if so? Which is the best form and maintenance learned cookware? Thank all.


Answers:    Aluminium pan are not so good as it can leach in to food and elevated levels of aluminium are impossible for you. Cast iron is best- if iron seeps surrounded by to the food it is actually right for you and it's great to cook with.
