I was asked to achieve a complete blood count by my doctor yesterday and since they had trouble getting a taste from both my arms they took it near my paw i suppose it was the radial artery (below the thumb). My problem is i'm starting to receive bruising on the spot they extracted the blood and feeling some numbness on my thumb, pointer and middle finger. Should I be alarmed? Or is that adjectives

When taking samples from the radial artery, sometimes, by calamity, there is a small piercing surrounded by the branch of the radial nerve that supplies the external surface of the thumb..
Its a thoroughly common and self-conscious side effect of the procedure, however, it subsides alone in 8-10 days. a without fault reversible condition-...Nothing you do, or add, or even cart as medicine, will exhaust the time of recovery...

Relax, keep your thumb within a resting position ( a stright thumb splint can help)
