Does ginkogaloba drug enjoy any side effect?

i'm using a multi-vitamins which contains 50mg og this medicine. does it own any bad side effect?

It have no therapeutic effects,(all memory benefits own been disproven) so don't run it.
I don't know about side effects, but the ginko tree have flowers that smell really bad. They variety my city smell like poo.
It works as a blood thinner. It's uncertain to take any other blood thinner, whether prescription pharmaceutical or aspirin, while using it. I stopped using ginko when I started developing mysterious bruises when I hadn't hit anything.
