How does an enterically coated pill spawn it through, read aloud, your liver?

I have other wondered about this, I parsimonious if a capsule survives until it get into the colon, do you have a hole contained by each of your organs that have to close after the pill goes through it? Hahahaha. Thank you so much to anyone who know.

Answer:
An enterically coated pill is coated so that it will not give you a tummy soreness in your stomach. It is after digested by enzymes in the small intestine where on earth the ingredients are absorbed. They travel through the blood stream to adjectives the organs.
I don't think any pill will form it past the tart bath it get in your stomach - the enteric coating prevents it from self absorbed contained by the esophagus but it will be dissolved in the stomach and the chemicals will enter the bloodstream through the walls of the small intestine.
Most enteric coatings work by presenting a surface i.e. stable at the highly caustic pH found in the stomach, but breaks down hastily at a less bitter (relatively more basic) pH. For example, they will not dissolve in the bitter juices of the stomach (pH ~3), but they will within the higher pH (above pH 5.5) environment present contained by the small intestine.
Enteric coated pills, are covered by a substance (there are several of them) that will prevent such pill from dissolving in the sharp environment of the stomach (Ph or acidity fluctuates between 3,5-4), and after the coat will be dissolved in the small intestine by the undertaking of the bile, pancretatic enzymes, and alkaline environment brought upon by the mucus of the gut, with several enzymes...
When the tablet dissolves surrounded by such alkaline medium, the contents are uncontrolled, and absorption is afterwards possible by the veins located surrounded by the wall, as well as lymphatic vessel,,,the venis will collect all the held substances, to the porta vein, that will pass the drug to the liver cells (hepatocytes) qhere its modified, or distributed to other tissues.at the terminate, the effect will take place within the whole of the body...distributed by the bloodstream...

No enteric coated pill will remain coated until it reach the colon,,,,there is no possble nor methodical way to do that...instead, such property, would be worthless...
