How does a puff of nouns exam for glaucoma?
Answers: Your eyeball should dent in beside the air pressure. It's measure the amount of force it takes for your cornea to indent. If it doesn't it channel the pressure in your eye is high than that of the air.
EDIT:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/glaucom...
Glaucoma is an increased pressure on the eye that cause the eye to strain. The pressure causes the cornea to caring of "swell". So, when you blow a puff of air, the force should create the cornea to indent somewhat. But, in a soul with glaucoma, the giant pressure behind the eye is greater than the pressure of the upper air, and the cornea will not dent.
*edit* can't really accurately answer that second part of your interrogate. I'm not an optometrist.
