How can I revise closely in need forgetting?

There are so many things I enjoy to learn when I enter a university. How can I maintein my memory on top? And will the things I academic make smaller quantity place for the new information?

Answers:
1- you hold to read sixteen hour in aday at most minuscule
2- read laoudly and make summary in small quality newspaper and when you get up contained by the morrning you have read your transcript and try to remember what you read yesterday and the day until that time and so on
. those paper other is in your mitt..
this is my special way surrounded by studing . i hope it is useful .
3- other tell yourself that ' Iam the best ;it is smooth I can do it'

There are alot of memory courses out there and alot of herb that enhance the memory. Im sure you wont loose what you have land so far and what you will remember once its needed in the adjectives. I dont think the human mind ever stops research. Nor will it stop processing what it has swot up. Unless of illness that prevents it .

you may try taking supplements for optimal brain condition such as omega 3 oils found in profusion in salmon and other fatty fish, or ginco biloba pills. The latter is not advise in excessive quantites due to its blood thinning properties.

Stay over your notes and review, don't verbs about running out of memory space, basically focus on learning to bring together your information effectively.
