My blood pressure on glorious side of normal usually 118 to 124 over 84-86. I own had slightly big blood pressure since I started checking 7 years ago.
But I still have headache every morning later it will go away.
I never catch one any other time.
What might cause this?
Answer:
That's really not too desperate for blood pressure - 120/70 is ideal, and you're not far bad.
Headaches can have tons causes; you can usually explain to which one is affecting you by the location of the pain. Above or at the rear the eyes or high on your cheek is regularly due to sinus congestion. If you're sensitive to light and nouns or have nausea too, it's usually a migraine, which could be due to stress or even inherent. Too little sleep or even too much sleep can do it too. Reactions to medication or dehydration may be the problem. I punch stuff and sling my arms around in my sleep, so if there's someone else in attendance, they might be beating the crap out of your pave the way at night and not knowing it (hopefully, that's not the case). As far as fixing it go, sometimes rubbing your temples can backing, or taking a hot shower. Advil and a coke all the opening for me! Anyway, it's probably nothing serious, and I'm the finishing person to volunteer to progress to a doctor, but next time you're out that instrument, you might want to have them check it out.
i chew over it's usually caused by closely of stress
dehydration?
Stress, not enough of sleep/rest.
Irritants surrounded by your pillow. If it's old, time to progress.
Migrane...that is woolly pain, you must specify surrounded by which region of the head you own headache. it can be sinusitis if the pain is within the front of your head. Do you hold blocked nose?
But i can assure you that it is not because of your blood pressure because it is moderately normal, and the best point you do is ask your physician. take analgesics.
