Has anyone have surgery for a labral hole surrounded by their shoulder?
Answers: When my youngest son was surrounded by high institution, he had surgery for a labral cleave from a football injury. He then re-injured the shoulder playing football the subsequent year and had another shoulder surgery to repair the labrum. His surgeon said it be unusual for one to fail, but given his circumstances of playing football, it be understandable. This be 7 and 8 years ago and he is now a fireman and have no residual problems with the shoulder. Word of warning, if you have the surgery, DO THE REHAB. It is intensely important to regain common function.
I have have tare in my shoulder and have surgery and it took a long time to heal. But in that was more than merely a tare. And still had problems, after had another surgery and they removed sector of the bone and little healing time. Now its much better than when it first go out on me. I find a lot culture have this problem and surgery is minor and recouping is 4 to 6 weeks. So it real depends on the ruin you have. Hope this help in some road!
