Answers: Okay, cold and Flue prevention...here we go. I in truth became sick this year. That's terribly rare for me.
1. Start taking a (good) multi-vitamin. The type sold at the local grocery store is better than nought, but you need to find a local vigour food store. Not GNC, but a local store that specializes in your better/best feature vitamins. GNC brand is better than grocery store brands, but they just don't group the quality of the smaller stores. You obligation something high contained by B, and C vitamins. At least 1000% of your on a daily basis allowance. This will make you be aware of better in newly a few days. Take them all year.
2. Drink plenty of marine. This helps your body rid itself of toxins, and is a righteous practice since your body is mainly made up of river.

Take Airborne, it really does facilitate. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and get ample rest. When you don't get satisfactory sleep your immune systems weakens...Also give somebody a lift Zicam (it's zinc) at the earliest cold symptoms, it tastes really disagreeable but really works and you'll get over the cold/flu much faster.
