Answer:
There's zilch like unprocessed sleep if I was you I would ask a doctor, or try a innate supplement, there are tons good automatic things out there to give a hand you sleep... when I can't sleep I use these drops they are natural and fetch no chemicals. The other problem might be that you get hooked on consequently, at least I've hear, so maybe you shouldn't do it so normally.
Hi. The PM usually means a sleep agent have been added. Natural sleep is the best, surrounded by my opinion.
sure I guess, but sleeping in general helps you closely, and once you get stuck beside the pill its already an addictted drug. There's might be some side effects, but I think its okay if you drink the pill once a morning.
What works for me is 1mg Melatonin 2hrs before bed after 1000mg GABA (its an amino acid) just up to that time bed. It helped me wean sour both ambien and lunesta. Please be aware as counter intuitive as it seems that over the counter sleep agents such sa advil pm as MORE addictive than prescription drugs resembling ambien and benzodiazepine. If you can't sleep by using the above formula then run to your dr and have him prescribe something for you.
It sounds resembling you have become dependent upon the pills. This might give the impression of being like a upright solution at the moment, but later on as you use more of the pills, you will find it terribly difficult to refrain from their use. I suggest that you find a different method for getting to sleep. I.E. serene music, a heating wad, or any other thing that you find particularly comfortable that might help you be in motion to sleep.
