You'll need a good micropipette puller as well as a microinjection system. Micromanipulators will be need to hold & move your micropipettes (needles). You will need either a good quality dissecting or inverted microscope to watch what you're doing. The type of microscope you need depends on your particular application. There are a number of vendors that sell the specialized equipment. Two I've dealt with are World Precision Instruments and Sutter Instruments.
