How to gain more knowledge about specialty medications??

I just started a new positon at a pharmaceutical company and I am trying to learn about the different medications. I deal with patients who takes these speciality medications -which is use for iron over load, hiv/aids, organ transplant, growth hormone, oncology..etc.. I never had any pharmaceutical background but I wanna learn about the medications is there a website that I can go to besides drugs.com. Its just a personal interest of mine to learn about these medications-

Physicians Desk Reference or PDR.
It used to be updated and published once a year, so you can get deals on last year's version. Any library should have it if you want to check it out first.
Tell your boss you're reading the PDR and they will be impressed. It may have TOO much information for you.
Well... I'm sorry I can't give you anything specific, but -

My mom has a lot of "personal interests", and so she collects college textbooks for them. They keep on coming out with new editions, and once they do, last year's edition gets reallly cheap. It's really nice having all of them around!
