How long will it run for a B12 Deficiency to go and get better while taking Metanx? (Intention tremor)?

I have an intention tremor, so my dr took blood work and I have a B12 deficiency, so most promising that is the mete out of my intention tremor, but my tremor hasn't gone away and I have be taking Metanx for about 25 days.

I'm not sure around intention tremor, but patients that i give Metanx or Berocca to for lateral neuropathy usually start to notice after something like 3 weeks. Some (a few) patients take as long as 5 weeks, however.
