Why is have anesthetic more dodgy for some general public?
I have a chat with the doctor the other time and he explained that giving her anesthetic would be dangerous and he would be more worried doing that later sadation.
I was told it be more dangerous for her afterwards for me for example.
Why?
Answers: It looks like your sister is going to be sedated by the endoscopist, who is not qualified to administer a proper standard anesthetic.
Most people can be without risk anesthetized for endoscopy, unless they have severe heart or lung disease, or are massively obese - contained by those cases, we can still give anesthetics, they are merely a lot riskier. Sometimes it is truly safer to have an anesthesiologist fully anesthetize a lenient than to put them through the stress of inadequate sedation - stress can trade name the heart rate rise, which can be dangerous for empire with unmistaken heart problems.
Most anesthetics we use depress the cardiac and respiratory systems. We monitor people markedly carefully, and hold the training and skills to keep them out of danger. People with coronary or pulmonary disease are at superior risk for any anesthetic, including sedation. Other medical problems may also put one person at greater risk than another. Every tolerant is different, and every anesthetic is tailored to the individual patient.
If she wishes to be knocked out, insist on an anesthesiologist to do the commission. Just be aware that not all insurers will cover the cost of his/her professional services (but heaps do - she'll have to check next to her specific plan)
(Halothane is SO last millennium! I haven't see that in use surrounded by the civilized world in at lowest possible a decade. We did use it in Kenya on a medical mission trip I be on, though.)
The anaesthetic is of course a drug and have certain implication to health. There are risk factor that would contra indicate the use of the anaesthetic. They will do what is safest for your sister.
