Edit: Sorry, I overreacted. I wouldn't see how any benefit would be gained but placing an oxidizing agent within the blood stream other than massacre cells. As far as the bioluminescent analysis, I found this reference for you to read (see paragraph 3):

Apparently, it's not really psychiatric help in a tradition sense resembling treatment, but more of a monitoring tool which allows a small amount of specific enzyme (or other metabolite that are activated by specific bioluminescent material) to be monitored by hurricane lantern emission (CCD's - cameras) contained by vivo (in living cells).
Intravenous Hydrogen Peroxide?
Seems really dangerous. Hydrogen Peroxide is a powerful oxidizer. It's used externally to verbs wounds but that's a extreme measure. The same course it kills germs by oxidizing the protein of the membrane, it will kill your blood components, the tissue of the vein, other tissues where it get through your blood stream. Who came up beside that stupid idea? Is this sold commercially?
