Tetanus Shot?

So I got this Tetanus shot on Wednesday and ever since Thursday my arm is numbing towards the shoulder and I cant even move it to 90 degree b4 i can feel it getting numb, whats wrong? Is this mundane? When will it stop?

Tetanus shots cause arm discomfort for a few days. It will turn away. Take 2 nsaids and call me surrounded by the morning.
2 motrin or tylenol should help. If it persist, ask the doctor. Since it is saturday, now, I hope that it is better.
