How have osteoporosis effect your on a daily basis duration?
Answers: Well i have to try to be more practical because my bones break easily and i hold a lot of cramp in my hip and final cuz that is where on earth most of mine is....
its makes ur bones more prone, because they are undersized

For myself, not too much yet, but it will . I hold a lousy family history of osteoporosis & complications. My mom collapsed 7 vertebrae over a course of 6 years, have multiple hairline fractures in her foot, just from middle-of-the-road walking, & repeatedlly broke ribs simply from coughing or rolling over in bed. Seeing the cramp she suffered was heartbreaking, & she is far from the worst armour. TAKE YOUR CALCIUM!!
