I am 43 years old and I am thinking give or take a few of going to the doc to have some assessment done to see if I'd be still capable of have a baby.
I have a history of testicular torsionin my 20's and sad to utter one of my tesicle was replaced near a fake one to label it look normal. I am thinking of have a sterile test which never crossed my mind until i reach this age. Do you guys have any opinion, what kind of doctorto contact, and do you know how its done?

Ask your regular doctor and they will help you to find the right place to dance for the test. As to how it is done... I believe you hold to.. ummm you know... into a cup so they can have a preview of your swimmers to test. As I am a woman I am not positive but it seem the most logical way.
