IF you're going to be oblivious and take a medication not prescribed to you, start at the lowest dosage to be precise effective. I.E. try 1/2 tablet and if explicitly not effective lug the other half.

ideally, you should filch what your doctor prescribed you, but that can lead to that "stupid" passion. Take 1mg and see if that does the trick. If you are still feeling anxious later 2 should be more than enough. That's a exceptionally high dosage. Remember to hang about awhile before assessing your response. I once get on a flight and thought that it wasn't working after an hour, so I took another. Let me tell you, the rest of the flight i be practically drooling, but no flight anxiety! anyway. my motto is: 1 is for fun, 2 is for "wahoooo"!
