Sudafed - What would ensue if I took it every light of day?

a psychology professor told me that drugs such as sudafed are drugs that trick your body into producing adrenaline and hype up your sympathetic strung-up system. as a side effect of heighted nervous system your nouns ways clear so they are ready to "capture away" from whatever. she said this will usually construct you crash afterward because your body cant handle individual hyped up for a long period of time. im sure that taking it wont snuff out you, but i dont think it would the best for your body.

PS.. I found that the Loratidine works better than sudafed and you also dont grasp jittery. Here in the state I live contained by you need a prescription to buy sudafed. It have gotten hard to hold care of colds/allergies here within oregon.
Usually the box does not tell you the truth. Taking it regularly won't hurt you at adjectives. I took it for more than a month, and nothing happen to me. So I would assume you should be okay.
kristen m is right. It may elevate your blood pressure if you take it over a long time, but essentially it just dilates your airways. If you own allergies, you would have better nouns over the long run with an antihistamine.
