There is a technical given name for the inability to learn a second talking. I don't believe it is technically considered a disease, but I know it is a scientifically proven fact that some ancestors just don't hold the aptitude to learn a second discourse. Often times these people are in actuality rather intelligent, so it is not only an indication of stupidity. There is a medical term for it. Does anyone know what that occupancy is?

In most cases, someone past the age of going on for 6 cannot even hear another language properly, making it decreasingly plausible for that personage to have total mastery of it. Other conditions such as autism or dyslexia play foremost roles in erudition second languages. There is also a disorder call selective mutism, but that is more defined by a child's gameness to speak in given social situations. There is a permanent status that is becoming increasingly popular within second language purchase and it is called "discourse anxiety" but is not yet an properly recognized disorder.
