Wrong drug prescribed by pharmacist!?

i take copious different drugs including morphine for chronic pain,this wrong hrt drug cause me to feel awful it be a month and a half until that time i realised my doctor had not changed the drug and that it be a mistake by pharmacist,all thry said be sorry,i think this is void if i had heart condition or in the same way this would have be much worse! your thoughts on this?
