Is ther a way to check if a baby in it´s mothers wom have the unbilical cord wrapt arond its neck?

I know of no sutsh prosidur. But wonder whay ther is no sutsh thing. It shuldnt be to hard to come up with somtign to show it more clerly in say a ultrasond. Some color dye that is harmles to show wher the cord is??

Answer:
yes, but it's only available to people who have a basic knowldege of spelling or who can figure out how to use spell check.
An ultrasound can show a very clear picture. A 3D ultrasound would show it even better.
no i don't think so the only way is by hospitals and special treatment because if you try such precedres you could put the mother and new born in harm , so i suggest a doctor.
There are new ultrasounds to detect this problem. Not sure wot they are called but they are colour and show up red and blue and be very exact about where the cord is. 50% of babies are born with the cord around their neck or body and are fine. Others like my daughter are not fine and this ultrasound would have saved her. Not sure if available in all countries but UK and US should be standard practice.
well, you could cut open the womb, my guess is that, that would be the clearest picture of them all.
Some of the best ways to assess a patient is through non invasive means. If you check the heartbeat of a fetus and it is low (checked by doppler,) using sounds not vision, you can discern that the fetus is in trouble. Of course there could be other reasons why the heart beat is low.
