sugar can impart you nightmares, coffee will make you tired but you wont be capable of sleep.

take that into consideration. doesnt miserable you cant have a pop precipitate in the daytime but work it off and dont forget to drink.

if you feel tired during the daytime, take a forty winks for a half hour when you return with home. then jump play, go out and run, or suspend out with friends, enjoy a sugar free tea without caffine or some fruit liquid without extra sugar. your skin will thank you and you will carry your sleep back.
