How do you become orthopedic doctor?

Im intrested in work next to orthopedics, and i don't know if i want to be a doctor.So what are someother jobs near that and how do you become them and where would you work?

Ortho techs (technicians) set broken bones & type; assist in surgery, minister to with follow up appointments. Ortho physicians assistant (much close to an ortho MD but less schooling)
Become an Medical Assistant and apply @ Orthopedic department. Or become a tech in MRI or X-Ray and apply one at Orthopedic organization that have MRI or X-Ray equipment.
I'm an xray technician next to an orthopedic doctor so i do all his xrays, consequently he also has a tech that puts on the cast on his patients.
we need more x-ray tech contained by the hospitals every where and within the doctor's offices.
