I found the following CPT codes specific to orthotics and prosthetics. (Not sure though if they are current as I believe in attendance could be some amendments from time to time.

97504 code includes “orthotic fitting and training”.

97760 Orthotic(s) management and training (including assessment and fitting when not otherwise reported), upper extremity(s), lower extremity(s) and/or trunk, respectively 15 minutes

97761 Prosthetic training, upper and/or lower extremity(s), each 15 minutes

97762 Checkout for orthotic/prosthetic use, established lenient, each 15 minutes
