Just received a doctor's bill for a lobotomy they claim I have...?

A lobotomy is a surgery to remove a enduring part of the brain which controls aggression i believe, they used to contribute them to murderers and psych patients a long time ago. Im not sure if its still considered ethical to perform them, i doubt it.
be it done laprascopically? those are waaaaay cheaper.
