A Question nearly Anti-Rejection Meds.?

Is it true that once a person have an organ from someone or something else (pig heart vaulve) that they have to stay on an anti-rejection drug for the remainder of their enthusiasm?

Answers:    Yes, that is the spirit of transplantation.
Yes, this is true. This is so the recipient's body does not reject the organ transplant. If they did not take the anti-rejection drug (eg. Cellcept, Prograf etc.) their body would build anti-bodies against the organ transplant and rejection would materialize.
The anti-rejection medication keeps this from occurring. So, the being has to be on the medication for the duration of their lifetime.
