Stimulants for PSAT?

The PSAT is coming up. I have problems focusing sometimes and iheard stimulants such as adderal/ ritalin help you focus immensly. Is it worth it? or is it to dangerous to mess next to?

Answers:    I don't personally bear stimulants such as adderal or ritalin even though I do have adhd (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), since I also own ocd (obsessive-compulsive disorder, an anxiety disorder) and those with ocd may start have tics such as those with tourette syndrome if taking a stimulant medication. (I do, however, transport the ssri/selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, prozac for the ocd and depression and received cognitive-behavioral therapy for the ocd symptoms.)

Please parley with a family unit dr about your have difficulty focusing. If he or she believes that you should talk next to a psychiatrist (psychiatrists are much better trained at prescribing meds to treat mental health problems) just about medication for add/adhd, then maybe take it from near. Though those medications should single used if a person have received proper diagnosis and they will really only relief one to focus better if they actually own the add/adhd.
coffee...and when ur taking the test chew some gum...or suck on a mint.
