Is it better to do more sets beside smaller quantity cargo or smaller amount sets near more bulk?

so i'm 15 and i am pretty skinny i am 5'11 and only weigh going on for 120 pounds and i decided to take a weight bench and try to build more muscle but i be wondering, which would be better? 35 pounds for 4 sets with 12 reps per set or 30 pounds for 7 sets near 12 reps per set? and i heard you should work out 2-3 days per week but i also hear you needed to let your muscles rest for 48 hours inbetween? but how could you work out 3 times a week if you have to wait 2 days inbetween..? lol and i've be drinking protein drinks and i was wondering, does it situation which kind? i usually dirnk body fortress 100% premium whey protein but like mad of my friends seem to approaching muscle milk better, does it really matter? appreciation =)

more weight next to fewer reps lead to greater gains within muscle mass, just don't strain yourself. Less mass but more reps is ideal for rehabbing injuries and for toning muscle in need adding profoundly of mass. You also need to do more than newly bench, or you will look a little eccentric with no biceps, shoulders, or support muscles.
starte low and you will see better advancement in your muscel
and you wont herniate equally.

High weightlow reps for bulk, low weight/high reps for tone.
