Anyone try Adequan for athritis?

I've talked to some who enjoy on forums who've has spectacular results. As soon as this win fda approved for human use I think most other medication will be absolete, Anyone use it formerly?

I used it once, and it did nothing for me, but my mother is a veterinarian and uses it herself for her joint. She swears by it.
