Gallbladder? have you had these symptoms?
Answer:
Left sided chest pain radiating up to the neck and shoulder is concerning for cardiac issues in origin. However, if this was angina or even a heart attack, there would have been EKG changes on the second visit.
Yes it could be GERD or an ulcer. As for the gallbladder, it rarely could refer to the left side.
Seeing your family doctor is the best way to proceed. An ultrasound could be ordered to look at your gallbladder and see if there are issues there.
Good luck and I hope you recover quickly.
My thought? It has nothing to do with your gall bladder, and yes it does sound like reflux. You have to give prescription pills time to work if you want results. YOUR FINE. The stress is only going to add more to your problem.
left sided chest pain radiating to your neck and shoulder is suspicious for angina. pain from the gallbladder is usually on the right side. gerd is also a possibility but if you're saying that the antacids don't help, i think you need to get a better cardiac evaluation. sometimes an ekg doesn't always pick up ischemic heart disease.
You may have a pulled muscle in your neck or your lower back if the pain is shooting from your shoulder to your neck, or you may have a pulled disk? Ask your Doc if you can get an MRI done.
But pretty sure it is not your gallbladder.
