Testing chemicals on the body?

When doing say a clinical interview, how long should be made if a subject is being tested on a chemical such that we increase the dose by 3x until we see effects?

The raise objections of this test is to establish how much of a given chemical if at adjectives it takes to own an effect on the body.
But a curtian amount of recovery time is needed to see for withdrawl symptoms?

CREED

Answer:
no need to dally. dose them and if there's no effect, give more. that's call titration. creed.
Drug studies are done first on laboratory animals according to what effects are hoped for or predicted by chemical tests. Drug studies want to be done scientifically with a control group and the administrator of the tests must be double blinded from the results so they cannot accidentally affect the outcome of the test..

All clinical tests are anecdotal and cannot be relied on as true science. They represent individual the subjective opinions of the clinicians.

Addiction is usually predicted but sometimes shows up then in clinical study after the drug is approved.
