There are many types of doctors that work contained by the ER. Some of them specialize in Emergency Medicine, others are residents, some are on-call staff (ie, surgeons, anesthesiologists, etc.).

The trainer said he advices adjectives his clients not to lose more than 3 lbs a week as its not healthy and generally doesnt stay off. If you are solely eating 600 calories and excercising after you are in the unenthusiastic calorie category and you are actually preventing your body from losing the counterweight in the long permanent status not to mention slowing down your metabolism. I have be on so many diets, fad, etc...this one was slower but it be the best and I wasnt hungry and the weight have not come back.
