Why is the liver the just organ that can regenerate? what just about the other organs?

Skin (& hair, which is a chunk of skin) regenerates.
I guess that it`s not the simply organ that can self i up in instruct to
try to be in like peas in a pod condition.Just think as an entire "thing", the human completely.
Other organs can regenerate...skin, similar to a previous answer said. Also the lining of your GI organs (esophagus, stomach, and especially the intestines) is constantly regenerate. Blood also regenerates, though I guess most wouldn't consider blood an organ. Any organ or tissue i.e. damaged can make well and "regenerate" will little/no loss of function provided that the damage is minor. I ponder the reason for the liver's greater regenerative size is because the liver is designed to elminate toxins from the body. To clear such toxins, the organ has to be capable of bounce back from the violate caused by those toxins.
