Why is one optical isomer of ibuprofen a more forceful analgesic than its mirror emblem isomer?

Well you didnt say which molecule have three points of contact...knowing how many points of contact near each isomer might assist. Usually if one is effective and the other isn't it technique the shape of the site where it attaches within the cells is going to allow the one isomer to fit and not the other.
